Phil goss is an amazing artist and just when you thought you had grown out of felt tip strokes, RCA graduate Phil goss re applies the skill. His skill work which is a collab of printmaking and observational drawings, it is colourful, naive and slightly quirky. The above picture is of a felt tip pen drawing from Goss called ‘Open Door’ the drawing is fantastic I feel like the jaggered lines and sketchy pen marks make the drawing feel like it’s moving hense the people walking/running and also the fact the there’s multiple colours it helps bring the picture alive and not seem dull considering the minimal depiction of the surroundings.
